How can I pay for my order?
Curated Nest accepts all major credit cards and PayPal. While we do love anything vintage, cash and checks are not on that list!
When will my order arrive?
Standard sized items that are in stock are processed within 2-3 business days of receipt. Shipping times are noted on product pages to indicate how long the item will take to ship. We will keep you apprised of your order via email.
Oversized furniture are shipped via freight and estimated ship time is noted on each product page. You will receive a phone call to schedule your delivery.
Individual items within a single order may arrive separately.
We cannot offer rush delivery, but we do our best to accommodate special requests for urgent gift needs. Email email@example.com to inquire.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer FLAT FEE shipping of $9.95. Order as many items as you want and shipping is always $9.95 total.
For example, order 1 item, shipping is $9.95. Order 5 items, shipping is $9.95. Order 7 items, shipping is $9.95! Easy peasy.
For oversized items that require freight delivery or special handling (furniture, some chandeliers, etc.), an additional charge of $75 may apply.
Where can my ordered get shipped to?
At this time, we offer shipping within the continental United States only. We do not ship internationally, to Canada, or to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories.
Can I return an order?
We try to take all precautions to prevent damage. Unfortunately, items can get boo boo's from time to time. In the case your item arrives with damage or a manufacturer defect, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include pictures. We will be happy to send a new item as soon as the return is processed.
Other items can be returned for store credit within 30 days as long as they are in original condition, are unwashed, and include packaging and proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any relevant restocking fees, which are 25% of the original cost of the item.
Certain items cannot be returned, including: customized items, final sale items, furniture, and rugs.
Why isn’t my tracking number working?
If you enter your tracking number and nothing shows up, it means the product has not yet left the warehouse. The tracking info will appear as soon as it’s on its way. Check again in 2-3 days.
Where’s my promo code?
Even though you should get your promo codes immediately, it can take up to an hour for your email provider to release. Also, check out your spam folder just in case and add us to your address book.
Do I have to create an account to shop?
Nope! You can always checkout as a guest. If you do create an account, it’ll speed up your shopping experience, and you won't miss out on future discounts!

Sale items are final sale, as noted on their product page. These are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Can I alter my order once I place it?
You can make a change to your order up to 24 hours after you have placed it.

Different products have different timelines, but we are always doing our best to make all of our beautiful products available to you as quickly as possible.
What are your customer service hours?
We’re here for you Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm, EST. After 5 pm (and sometimes before 5 am!), we are busy being mamas, but we will try to respond to your questions and comments as fast as we can, usually within 24 hours. Our priority is making sure you are happy with your experience, so you can focus on baby!
