We try to take all precautions to prevent damage. Unfortunately, items can get boo boo's from time to time. In the case your item arrives with damage or a manufacturer defect, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery via email to email@example.com and include pictures. We will be happy to send a new item as soon as the return is processed.
Other items can be returned for store credit within 30 days as long as they are in original condition, are unwashed, and include packaging and proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any relevant restocking fees, which are 25% of the original cost of the item.
Certain items cannot be returned, including: customized items, final sale items, furniture, rugs, and art which is made / printed to order.
